Question 1

What is WantMy.Link?

Accepted Answer

WantMy.Link is a link-in-bio tool built for solo businesses, freelancers, and indie consultants. Unlike link-in-bio tools built for influencers, it focuses on converting visitors into customers with product cards, direct checkout, email broadcasts, revenue tracking, and a built-in assistant called Chantelle®.

Question 2

How much does WantMy.Link cost?

Accepted Answer

WantMy.Link is free to use, with 3 product cards. Pro costs £4 per month or Lifetime at £400 one-off and unlocks 7 more product cards (10 in total), a Pro badge, and priority support. There is no card required to start.

Question 3

Who is Chantelle® and how does she work?

Accepted Answer

Chantelle® is WantMy.Link's built-in, rules-based assistant. She monitors your dashboard activity and proactively delivers contextual suggestions to help you grow. Her suggestions can be read aloud in British English using your browser's built-in speech. She does not access external browsers or applications.

Question 4

How do email broadcasts work?

Accepted Answer

Visitors subscribe with their name and email on your public profile. When you create a broadcast, Chantelle® drafts the email, then Mail Bridge opens Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or Apple Mail pre-filled with subject, BCC list, and body. Personalisation works via a Google Contacts CSV export.

Question 5

Does WantMy.Link process payments directly?

Accepted Answer

No. WantMy.Link displays product cards with direct checkout links to your existing payment platforms. Creators remain the merchant of record for all transactions.
